A gorgeous large French mid-century teachers school desk by Mullca. The desk has a metal tubular frame with a solid wood and veneer top. The desk has three side drawers and a side cupboard with shelf all with original locks and one key which locks the drawers and the cupboard door. The drawer and cupboard units are made of solid wood and veneer and the drawers have dove tailed joints. The desk is in overall good original condition. There are some age related marks and imperfections but nothing significant. The drawer fronts have some discolouration where there were stickers, this will lessen over time. The inside of the drawers and cupboard are very clean. The metal frame has the original blue/green paint which is beautifully worn and the paint has completely come off in places. A really stunning piece!
